FIRST Gentleman Jose Miguel Arroyo invoked the name of Ateneo de Manila University during his appearance at the hearing of the House Committee on Ethics last Jan. 23. Refusing to answer Rep. Alan Peter Cayetano’s allegations against him, Arroyo instead filed a complaint before the ethics committee, to demand the expulsion of the congressman from the House of Representatives.
